Return & Exchange Conditions
1.Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
2.Customer service approval is required before returning any item.
3.Returned products must be in original condition, without scratches or intentional damage.
4.A $10 return or exchange shipping fee applies and is the customer’s responsibility.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
1.Items exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals (e.g. silver polish liquids, swimming pools, hot tubs, or spas).
2.Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or insufficient care.
3.Requests submitted after the 30-day period.
4.Partial returns or exchanges of bundled items.
5.Requests based on personal preference changes.
6.Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1:

Step 2:
Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
Step 3:
Ship the package using your local postal service.
Step 4:
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
1.Exchanges are processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
2.Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Confirmation
Once inspection is completed, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your request. Approved refunds or exchanges will be handled accordingly.
Shipping Fees
1.Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including free or discounted shipping.
2.The $10 return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility unless covered under the conditions below.
3.For exchanges, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
When bunbow Covers Return Shipping
bunbow will cover the $10 return shipping fee if:
1.You received an incorrect item.
2.The item arrived damaged, defective, or with incorrect engraving.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in these cases.
Bunbow reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if items do not meet acceptable condition requirements.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:
1.Check your bank account again.
2.Contact your credit card provider.
3.Contact your bank for additional assistance.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.
Because our products are customized, changes requested after 24 hours are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Once a personalized item enters production, the order can no longer be canceled.
